Lutherville Station Reimagined

A reimagined Lutherville Station will bring together the community with offices, new retail, a dynamic “town square” for connections, and—for the first time ever—brand-new Class A residential space in Lutherville-Timonium.

Lutherville Station will be packed with amenities offering Baltimore County residents a modern “town square” community within walking distance to transit, with plenty of green space to live, play, work and eat.

The redevelopment of this currently vacant property will generate millions in economic activity, create well-paying jobs, and benefit the surrounding environment of Lutherville-Timonium.  A strong sense of place is fundamental to the creation of community—and Lutherville Station is ready to become that new community hub.

As development plans continue, this website will inform you about the future of Lutherville Station and keep you updated on news about the project. We look forward to your feedback and hope that you will sign up for updates.

Rendering is a preliminary design.

“Creating mixed-use centers, particularly those well served by transit, are better for the environment, for public health, for land use planning and for facilitating social interaction."
