The Future of Lutherville Station

Lutherville Station LLC plans to transform 130 W. Ridgely Road into a new community “town square” that includes residential apartment units, community gathering spaces, office and retail space, dining establishments, and green/park space. All the new developments will be immediately adjacent to existing transportation options and will prioritize environmental protection and sustainability alongside the nearby Roland Run that is located behind the property.

  • 450 residential units

  • ≈ 25,000 square feet of retail space

  • ≈ 200,000 square feet of office space

  • 3 separate green/park spaces, totaling +/- 2.5 acres

 

ECONOMIC IMPACT

  • Create 2,161 direct construction-related jobs

  • Employ and retain 847 professionals once the project is completed

  • Will generate 324.5M in economic activity in Baltimore County 

  • Will generate ≈ $12.1 million in State and local government revenues, including $4.5 million in estimated County government revenues.
