Public Information Meeting - July 23, 2026 - 6 PM EST

Earlier this year, Lutherville Station LLC filed the enclosed Transit-Oriented Development Designation Application for consideration by Baltimore County. As a requirement of the process, Applicant must hold a Public Informational Meeting (PIM) on the Application.

The purpose of the PIM is to "inform, educate and discuss the potential TOD." The PIM has been scheduled for 6:00 pm on July 23, 2026, at Cockeysville Branch, Baltimore County Public Library, Library Meeting Room, 9833 Greenside Drive, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030.

This is an invitation for the community to attend the PIM and to participate in the process.

After Applicant's presentation of the Application, the attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or comment on the Application. A recording of the meeting may be made to assist with the documentation of any feedback provided by the communities.

The meeting will begin promptly at the designated time and place. The TOD Application and Applicant's team will be available one half-hour before the start of the PIM.
